Enrolling at Whanganui Montessori Preschool is simple and straightforward - just follow these three easy steps:

Please note that at times we do operate a waiting list, depending on capacity. Please discuss with the centre manager your timing needs at the time of your visit.
Sessions and fees
We follow the primary school term structure with four terms each year, and an extended break in summer. We offer an optional holiday programme for our enroled children in the first week of the holidays in terms 1, 2 and 3 and in the first and last week of the Christmas holidays.
Our preschool is open from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Children can attend for the morning or all day, or a combination of both, depending on your childcare needs.
For children under 3 years old, fees are $6.50 per hour.
For children aged 3 to 6 years old, we offer 20 hours ECE funding – with a $10 per week optional charge.
Our optional charge of $10 per week covers the following extras:
Sunscreen, Storypark, higher staffing ratios, excursions, school visits, name leaf, termly celebrations & entertainers.
20 hours ECE funding is for up to six hours per day and up to 20 hours per week. Any hours above the 20 hours ECE funding are charged at $7.50 per hour.
